Moving here from New Orleans, character in a home was very important to us, and we found it here. Upon seeing the original wood floors and ceilings, dating back to around 1913, we knew this place was for us. The private setting, good sized fenced yard, back deck, and storage shed were a bonus too. We loved living here and didn’t plan on moving until we were ready to buy our first house. The only reason plans changed was a dream job offer we couldn’t refuse in San Francisco.

     As far as landlords go these guys have been the ideal. When you need something they’re there in a heartbeat, when you don’t they leave you be. And if you’re the creative type, paint the walls pink if you so desire. As long as you paint it back when you leave, they don’t mind. Honestly, we can only hope that our next landlords are up to par with these guys.

Take Patton Avenue to Leicester Highway.  Travel North on Leicester for 2.2 miles until you get to a Termenix Pest Control building, which is soon after you pass The Carpet Connection on the left hand side.  Turn left at the Termenix Pest Control building on Old County Home Road.  Travel about 1/4 of a mile and the house will be on your left hand side.
