One day soon after we moved in, the water suddenly stopped working. We called Brian, and the water was working again within 15 minutes... it turns out the water company had accidentally shut off the wrong house! Another time a tree fell, cut off our power, and blocked the driveway. Literally within minutes after it fell, Brian was on the phone calling the power company, the tree removal service, etc. Our power was restored within a couple of hours, a feat that still amazes me to this day.

We were very happy living in West Asheville for the last few months.  Our apartment here has been a pleasant experience.  It is centrally located to all that West Asheville has to offer and it is a very short commute to downtown.

Providence Properties treated us very well while we resided here.  We did have the usual problems that frequently come up with apartment living but our concerns were always addressed in a timely fashion.  Any emergencies were dealt with immediately and we never had a difficult time getting a hold of someone when we had any questions.  Both my wife and I believe they will continue to serve their clients well.

Take I-40 East to exit 64, the Black Mountain exit.  Turn north, toward Black Mountain, on NC-9/Broadway St. for half mile.  Turn right, east, on US-70/E. State St. E for about a half mile.  Near the Super 8 hotel, you will turn left, north, on Flat Creed Rd. then an immediate right, east, on E State St/ Old US-70E.  Your second left will be Kerlee Heights Rd. where you will take a left, north.  202 Kerlee Heights is on the first corner you come to on the right hand side.  Corner lot with a circular driveway around the home.
